SMOOT PROTEIN® can be used to support high-protein needs for all types of Athletic individuals. Ideal to consume before and after any intense physical activity like Weightlifting, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, Soccer etc.

For Active Individuals
Pre- activity: Drink 30 minutes before any activity.
Post-exercise: Drink 30-60 minutes after exercise to support maximum recovery. Receiving appropriate post-exercise nutrition is vital. Don't ignore it!
Non-Training days: Use SMOOT PROTEIN® 2 to 3 times per day.
Daily Protein Consumption Table Guideline
To promote a positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein by having several small meals evenly throughout the day
